With its fantastic picture and audio quality, along with the integration of necessary components, the Loewe Art SL makes watching television a real pleasure. The Art SL is the slimmest Loewe set ever. What makes it unique is that its slim design does not mean sacrificing any features - both the Art 47 SL Full-HD+ 100 and the Art 42 SL Full-HD+ 100 come with all components required for a first-class home cinema experience. The Art line is therefore oriented towards established customers who appreciate convenience and classic elegance. Despite its slim profile of just 89.9 millimetres with a screen diagonal of 1.06 meters, you can enjoy not only high-definition images in Full-HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, but also particularly flowing picture transition thanks to 100 Hz technology and 24p motion picture display. This leads to greater sharpness of movement, even during fast camera movement. Also integrated in the slim line housing, designed by Phoenix Design, are receivers for DVB-T and DVB-C, as well as optionally for DVB-S, for receiving digital terrestrial, cable and satellite signals. The integrated HDTV receiver allows you to enjoy HDTV programmes without the need for additional appliances The Loewe Art therefore also features the official logo HDTV 1080p. Also on board if desired is the DR+ hard disk recorder, now with a generous 250 GB capacity for easy recording and time-deferred viewing of programmes - in HDTV quality. Slim yet powerful When it comes to good sound with a slim profile, its the details and years of experience that count. The sound box developed by Loewe and the high-quality, powerful amplifier create brilliant sound quality, despite the particularly flat housing. Thanks to the optional Dolby-Digital/dts module, other Loewe sound components can be added to the Loewe Art to create a TV system solution. For the ultimate in full-surround-sound, for example, it can be combined with a Sound+ 5.1 Cinema system such as the Individual Sound Projector. With the BluTech Vision Blu-ray Player, the integrated 24p motion picture display really comes into its own. The Loewe Art then guarantees smoothly-flowing film treats, with the ideal resolution and impressive surround sound. Loewe Art Loewe Art will be presented at the IFA in two housing colours and initially two sizes: a 42-inch version with 106 cm screen diagonal and a 47-inch display with a screen diagonal of 119 cm. The Art 47 SL is therefore a superior alternative to 46- or 42-inch plasma television sets. At the same time, it means that Loewe now offers an attractive, large-format LCD television outside of the Individual line. The new Loewe Art line is the successor to the successful Xelos series. Instead of being simply stylish, yet lacking in the features department and with tinny sound, the idea behind the new line is to be elegant without compromising on features, and still providing perfect sound. A unique sight With elegant restraint, Art proves its particular style credentials, regardless of which colour you opt for Chrome Silver or High Gloss Black. Decorative details such as the black display frame or the chrome-finished inlay which is above and below the panels underline the aesthetically balanced, minimalist overall appearance. As a slim line television set, the Loewe Art is ideal for mounting on the wall. Thanks to its narrow profile, it hangs like a painting on the wall. Various Loewe wall mounts can be used to achieve this. This flat screen television also cuts an exceptionally stylish figure on a side board or in the centre of the room. For example, on the Floor Stand A 42/47, its almost-razor-sharp lines and matt rear panel come across particularly well. The optional equipment board provides space for additional appliances such as the BluTech Vision Blu-ray player.
